EmbryoBloom Academy is founded and scientifically led by Dr. Sahar Afify Eissa, Founder & Scientific Manager. She is a Senior Clinical Embryologist and IVF Laboratory Director with over 15 years of hands-on ART and embryology experience.
Dr. Sahar Afify Eissa earned Bachelor and Master degrees in Microbiology from Benha University, a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Zagazig University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in ART and Reproductive Medicine from the University of Schleswig-Holstein, Kiel, Germany.
Dr. Sahar held key roles at Hawaa Fertility Center, Royal Fertility Center, and Beirut IVF Center, leading IVF laboratory systems, quality control, research units, clinical workflows, and team training in high-demand ART environments.
Her expertise spans ICSI, embryo culture and grading, blastocyst biopsy, cryopreservation, andrology laboratory procedures, protocol development, and quality management - with contributions to peer-reviewed publications and international conferences.
EmbryoBloom is supported by experienced IVF professionals: Dr. Wissam Hadiya (Senior IVF Laboratory Consultant), Dr. Nadera (Clinical Embryologist), Dr. Jihan Farjani (Senior OB/GYN and IVF Consultant), and Dr. Amani Rakha (Senior IVF Laboratory Consultant, QC specialist).
